These Terms govern your use of Facilitutor ("the Service"), a platform for tutors, students, and parents. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Facilitutor provides scheduling, student records, homework and quiz tools, parent communication, and related tools for private tutors. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes, including SAT score improvements.
Tutors are responsible for the accuracy of student and parent data they enter and for obtaining any consent required to add a student, including parental consent for students under 18. Parents and students may access only the information their linked tutor account makes available to them. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access accounts or data you're not authorized to view, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using the Service to harass another user.
Tutors are responsible for fees charged to their own clients. Where Facilitutor offers subscription plans, fees are billed as described at checkout and are non-refundable except as required by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Tutors may close their account at any time; doing so may affect linked parent and student access.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Facilitutor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
