These Terms govern your use of Facilitutor ("the Service") operated by your tutoring business entity. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Facilitutor provides scheduling, student records, parent communication, and related tools for private tutors. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes.
Tutors are responsible for accuracy of student and parent data. Parents may access read-only information for students linked to their account.
Tutors are responsible for fees charged to their clients. Facilitutor pilot invoicing is provided as-is; integrated payment processing may be added later under separate terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Facilitutor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
