• Account data: name, email, authentication credentials
• Student data: name, grade, academic notes, session and homework records
• Usage data: logs required to operate and secure the Service

How we use information

We use data to provide scheduling, progress reporting, parent portals, and tutor dashboards. We do not sell personal information.

Children and students

Facilitutor may process information about minors as directed by tutors and parents. Tutors should obtain appropriate parental consent before adding student records. Parents can request access or correction through their tutor or by contacting support.

Storage and security

Data is stored with industry-standard providers (e.g., Supabase, Vercel). Access is restricted by role. No system is 100% secure; report concerns promptly.

Retention

Data is retained while accounts are active and as needed for legal or operational purposes. Tutors may request deletion of student records they control.
